What are the measurements of your bows? TOP
Small/infant Bows measure approx. 2- 2 1/2" wide.
Medium bows measure approx. 3 - 3 1/2" wide
Large bows measure approx. 4-4 1/2" wide
The bows are handsewn for durablity. The ends of all the ribbons are heat sealed to prevent fraying and the bows are lightly treated so they will maintain their shape for years to come.
What is an alligator clip and what is the difference between it being fully lined or partially lined? TOP
An Alligator Clip (sometimes called a Slide or pinch clip) opens like the mouth of an alligator by pinching together the ends. It just slides right into the hair.
Depending on the hair texture of your princess, the alligator clip may be partially lined or fully lined. Partially lined clips work best with full/thick hair. Fully lined clips (with an added no-slip velcro) tend to work best with fine or thin hair. No-slip grips will be added to your clip at no extra cost, upon request.

Because of the time involved in handcrafting our items, there is a minimum on ALL wholesale orders of 10.
I see a bow that I like but would like it made in a different size/color. Is this possible? TOP
Yes! Almost any bow in our collection can be made larger or smaller or with a different color scheme, upon request. Please email us at info@moorbows.com with your custom order and we will do our best to meet your request.
What is your return policy with bows? TOP
ALL products on our web site are made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our web site, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom and handmade product each and every time you order!
However if within 15 days of receiving your product a defect in the item is noticed, not related to normal wear and tear, please contact us immediately. You will be required to ship the item directly to us the same way it was shipped to you (i.e., securely in a box) and in turn we will replace your item. Shipping is not refundable. How long will it take to receive my completed bows/tutu? TOP
If the fabric, tulle, or ribbon you chose is in stock we try and get most orders out within 5-7 days.Most orders are custom made for you, and can take up to 10-14 business days. Please allow us the time to make sure everything is perfect for your little princess. We will keep you updated on your order status if there will be a delay longer than the 10-14 days. If you need your order by a certain date, please email me prior to placing your order. We will do our best!
We ship USPS with delivery confirmation. After processing time, please add 2-4 days for Priority or 3-9 days for First Class.
What is your return policy on Tutus? TOP
Custom made or special order tutus are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the tutu is proven to be defective or there is a mistake on our part. If your tutu came to you, and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a correct tutu. Since we take care in packaging all tutus in their boxes, they shouldn't arrive damaged, if for some reason they are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt if you have any questions.
All tutu dress sales are final.

We are proud to use only USA Made tulle which is safe and the softest on the market.
Do you ship internationally? TOP

We have provided a size guide on our webpage intended for pre-made and ready to ship tutus. However, we always prefer that you measure your princess for all custom orders. How do I care for my tutu and how will it be shipped to me? TOP
Written care instructions are provided with every tutu/dress and onesie purchase. Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box. To de-wrinkle and fluff simply follow our easy instructions. Can I have a tutu custom made? TOP

What is the difference between a "poofy" , "portrait", "classic" and "princess" styled TuTus? TOP
There are several styles available for your TuTu. The most popular are:
1. "Poofy" (often called "prissy") styled Tutu - This TuTu is... well... very poofy and alot of fun! It is ideal for infants and little girls, especially for those special occasions. It looks best when it is no more than approx.
8" in length.
2. "Classic" styled TuTu - This TuTu is a bit more relaxed at the sides (not as poofy) and looks best when it is up to approx. 10" in length. This style looks best on toddlers.
3. Princess Styled TuTu - This TuTu style is very classy and girly. Made up to approx. 14" in length
4. Portrait Styled TuTu - This TuTu is very long and formal - looks more like a dressy skirt. Suitable for older young girls or teens. Looks best when length is up to approx. 22".
